A lakes area philanthropical organization has a new leader. The Okoboji Foundation announced this (Mon.) morning the hiring of Rob Waterhouse as its new President. Polly Peterson, Okoboji Foundation Board Chair, says Waterhouse has a strong background in non-profit management and development, including extensive leadership experience with the American Red Cross.
